TRC/TGT Privacy Policy

This Policy covers any communication from The Reiki Connection; The Gentle Touch (including Crystal Clear – Gua Sha Facial Massage and other stated CAM Therapies) and K8fIT and is referred to below as TRC/TGT

We collect personal data from members:

Date of Birth
Address
Email Address
Telephone number (but suggest members do not advertise this on any TRC/TGT web listing)
Business Name (if applicable)
Qualifications
Photo
Directory listings
Data relating to any complaint procedure
Requests from official organisations to confirm member verifications

Individual members provide the information recorded on the member’s web page and general Reiki/CAM listings.

By completing a TRC/TGT booking form the student is agreeing to receive TRC/TGT relevant emails from TRC/TGT.

Student (referred to as associates for clarity in this policy) of TRC/TGT have their details registered with TRC/TGT and are on the TRC/TGT mailing lists.

All on the TRC/TGT mailing lists (referred to as associates for clarity in this policy)have the option of opting out of receiving mailings.

TRC/TGT retain emails from interested parties regarding TRC/TGT membership, training and general enquiries.

  

No membership details or email information are used for anything other than the original purpose.  Your details are never shared with 3rd parties without your permission – unless TRC/TGT are required to by law.

The TRC/TGT member is responsible for ensuring that all details held on file are correct and up-to-date.  Copies of said information can be requested at any time by the member or associate.
