My personal tips:

Drink plenty of water  

Excercise regularly

Eat sensibly, vary your diet but don't overeat

Alcohol? Sensible amounts if a must

Go for a walk in the fresh air

Don't burn the candle at both ends

Put the work/play life balance into perspective

Take a 10 minute break every now and then and just breath - to calm the mind

If you are unwell a trip to the doctors is called for

To help manage stress and tensions treat yourself to a therapy session

Drink decaf tea

Drink Aloe Vera Gell (not aloe vera juice) every morning

Use natural skincare products

Use natural make-up products
